Insolvency Administrator – Property Team

Property Portfolio Administrator

We have a job opportunity for a Property Portfolio Administrator role in our MILTON KEYNES office. An organised and highly motivated individual is sought to join our growing property team in an exciting and newly developing role.

Role requirements

The role of the Property Administrator will involve assisting in maintaining a portfolio of fast-paced property receivership appointments.  This will involve liaising closely with owners, occupiers and mortgage providers to negotiate a successful conclusion of a property sale or a refinance solution, which should be managed to the various client’s agreed service levels and timescales.
