Ben joined Opus as a Partner in September 2025 bringing with him 25 years of experience in restructuring and insolvency with a primary focus on assisting SME businesses in the London and Kent region.  He was nominated for Insolvency Practitioner of the Year (Large Firm) at the IPA Awards in 2025.

Prior to joining Opus, Ben started his career in the Big 4, qualifying as both an accountant and Insolvency Practitioner.  He later undertook a number of senior roles at prestigious mid-market focused firms, gaining wide experience in all forms of insolvency across a wide variety of sectors, including construction; retail; leisure; and technology.

Outside of work, Ben is a father to two young boys, who keep him very busy.  He is a keen golfer and a devout Charlton Athletic fan.
