The divisions within our Group work together to help companies and individuals deal with financial and operational challenges as well as opportunities throughout all stages of the business life cycle. Our case studies cover all divisions, including business advisory, forensic accounting, corporate finance, equity, business rescue and restructuring & insolvency.

We always work to achieve the best outcomes for all parties involved. Some cases have been worked on by one division in the Group, where others have been worked on by a number of the divisions.

CASE STUDY Road Haulage – Better insolvency outcome

With small trading losses eroding the balance sheet, this road haulage business was under immediate threat from unpaid tax bills. Opus worked with the owners to manage the expectations of HMRC, funders and suppliers whilst using its restructuring and M&A expertise to achieve a better outcome.
