About the Group
Opus Business Advisory Group assists businesses and individuals take command and gain control of financial and operational challenges that are being faced as well as supporting change and growth opportunities.
There are often options that business owners and directors are not aware of at a time of challenge, change or growth. Our Partners work with clients to present all options available, ensuring that compliance requirements are met, and the best path forward is followed.
Whilst each division runs independently, all the Partner’s in the Group work together collectively to tailor services to each assignments exact needs.

At Opus, we always wanted to support companies through the complete business lifecycle; from launch, growth and shake-out through to maturity and if needed, decline. Our Group has expanded over the years to do this. Below is our story.
Our History
Expanding Business Advisory
Helping businesses to grow
Having already managed many business sales, Opus wanted to deliver dedicated support for clients looking to grow through acquisition as well as helping clients looking for a viable exit option. Precision Opus was formed as a Corporate Finance division of the business to deliver lead advisory for both merger and acquisition services across the full spectrum of market sectors.
Opus Equity is formed
Recognising a need in the market, Opus Equity was established to provide turnaround and investment capital. Whilst this support was initially identified for distressed business that had immediate funding issues, the service broadened to businesses in need of working capital, development capital or stakeholders seeking exit options.
The inception of Opus
Established in 2013, by the 5 founding Partners, Opus was first positioned to deliver restructuring and insolvency services by established and experienced Insolvency Practitioners. The Partners vision was to deliver a value driven service that was cost sensitive, underpinned by a Partner led team who were accessible from the start to the finish of the assignment.
