About Frank Ofonagoro

Frank is a Partner at Opus and heads up our Manchester office where he delivers lead advisory and business restructuring mandates for SMEs. He has over 20 years of experience delivering projects in the restructuring, transaction services and corporate advisory arena.

He is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), and is also a current board member of the North West branch of the Turnaround Management Association.

Frank has spent the majority of his career supporting corporate boards through business restructurings; accelerated business/trade sale transactions; and managing stakeholder relationships during periods of stress or distress. He also has extensive financial due diligence experience and has led the project management of several large mandates.
