Andrew is a specialist in contentious insolvency, investigations and asset recovery, leading the firm’s Investigations and Contentious Insolvency (ICI) team across the UK.

He has extensive experience in complex insolvency investigations and asset recovery, specialising in identifying and pursuing opportunities to maximise recoveries for creditors. His work frequently involves high-value claims with cross-border and multijurisdictional elements, requiring detailed investigations and carefully considered recovery strategies.

Since joining Opus in 2021, Andrew has been instrumental in establishing and growing the firm’s national ICI offering, building a specialist team with the expertise and resources to investigate and litigate challenging cases and pursue recoveries on behalf of insolvent estates.

Prior to joining Opus, Andrew held senior positions at both a national firm and a specialist investigations boutique, alongside experience with the Serious Fraud Office and Insolvency Service.

Andrew takes a pragmatic, commercially focused approach to complex investigations, working closely with colleagues across Opus’ national network to develop effective strategies and maximise recoveries for stakeholders.
