Hassan Ahsan is a Director in Opus’ Deal Advisory team, delivering corporate finance services and based in the North West. He has a decade of experience advising owner-managed businesses, SMEs, private equity investors and strategic acquirers on business disposals, acquisitions and growth capital transactions.

Having advised on more than 40 transactions with values of up to £100 million, Hassan brings experience across a broad range of sectors, with particular expertise in Business Services, Environmental Consultancy, Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance (TICC), Healthcare, and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT).

Within his role at Opus, Hassan supports business owners, management teams, investors and private equity-backed businesses throughout the deal process, including acquisitions, exit planning and strategic growth opportunities. He is also focused on growing the firm’s Corporate Finance presence across the North West and working with the team to strengthen its M&A offering nationally.
