Helen is a Partner at Opus Forensic Accounting and is based in our Bristol office.

Helen has specialised in this area since 1998 and has worked on large, multi-national investigations and local owner managed business clients. She has given expert evidence in various courts and tribunals and was considered to be “a very precise witness, dealing with documents submitted to her. She did not deal with matters outside her knowledge or experience, making clear what the limits of those were.” (Taylor v Savik & Anor [2024] EWCC 7 (10 September 2024).

She has broad experience within forensic accounting, including both civil and criminal forensic investigations, commercial litigation disputes and matrimonial matters. She has assisted in a diverse range of matters, acting on behalf of claimants and defendants, as well as on a single joint expert basis. 

Helen is a council member of The Academy of Experts and board member of the South West Fraud Forum.
