Jamie is an Associate Director at Opus with over 14 years of experience in corporate restructuring and advisory services. He works closely with directors, lenders, and other key stakeholders to provide guidance on turnaround options for stressed and distressed businesses. His expertise includes conducting independent business reviews, managing cash flow, developing contingency plans, and overseeing accelerated sale processes.

In addition, Jamie has extensive experience managing formal insolvency appointments, including Administrations, Voluntary Arrangements, and Liquidations.

Throughout his career, he has successfully managed the trading and sale of several businesses, including a £15m turnover jewellery retailer, a £10m turnover cheese manufacturer, and a manufacturing company serving multinational Tier 1 and OEM customers in the automotive and aerospace sectors.

Jamie is also a qualified Chartered Accountant, having completed his certification in June 2023.
