As Group Operations Director, Tim draws on more than two decades of experience handling insolvencies of every scale and complexity to lead the operational management of all engagements across the Group. His deep technical expertise, combined with a pragmatic approach, ensures service delivery remains efficient, compliant and consistently client‑focused across each of the divisions within the Group. He plays a key role in driving operational excellence, identifying opportunities for improvement and scalability.
As part of the Executive Committee at Opus, Tim is part of a team that drives a number of the firm’s short- and mid-term objectives, alongside the wider growth plans, all whilst ensuring that the firm’s strong people culture is maintained.
