Note to creditors

“Rock the Park (Wrexham) Limited (‘the Company’) was placed into liquidation on 22/01/2024. The Company has previously sold tickets to customers for this year’s ‘’Rock the Park Festival’’ to be held on 1^st to 5^th August 2024.

Due to the proposed liquidation this event will not be going ahead. However, an associated company ‘’WCE Ltd’’, is hosting the ‘’Another World Festival’’ in Wrexham on the same dates. ‘’WCE Ltd’’ have entered into a legal agreement confirming they will admit holders of 2024 ‘’Rock the Park Festival’’ tickets to the ‘’Another World Festival’’ and to otherwise accept all contractual liabilities for the festival tickets.  Further details of ‘’Another World Festival’’ can be found at and ‘’WCE Ltd’’ can also be contacted at the same email address.

The Company has previously sold tickets to customers for cancelled events in 2020-2022. There are insufficient funds to allow refunds to be issued for these tickets. Customers owed monies for tickets from previous festivals are invited to provide details of balances owed to and a proof of debt form will be provided if required. Unfortunately, due to the balances owed to prior ranking creditors it is not currently anticipated that customers will receive a refund from the liquidation.
