CASE STUDY Third Sector – Closure of Performing Arts College, Essex

The Client

A performing arts college and school which required careful coordination of the closure programme following the long-term sickness of the CEO, a cash crisis and an inability to offer a diploma course for the forthcoming academic year.

The Conclusion

We worked with the trustees, senior staff and external bodies to provide guidance to all students on how to take their studies forward as well as handling refunds of advance payments requiring a large volume of calls and correspondence with students and parents. There were safeguarding issues involving the protection and destruction (as appropriate) of personal data of the under-age students.
