Our Nottingham Office
Our Partners for the Nottingham office are Louise Freestone and Paul Mallatratt.
Louise and Paul each have over 15 years’ experience in the insolvency market. Louise focuses on corporate insolvency and restructuring assignments, as well as the solvent winding up of companies. Paul is a personal insolvency specialist; whose background includes many years working for the Government’s Insolvency Service as a Deputy Official Receiver.
We look to help challenged businesses and individuals who are struggling at this difficult time, to find a positive way forward. Assisting them to accept the realities of their situation, based on a thorough assessment of their finances and exploring the various options open to them, will always be a priority. We are here to support people and find solutions, not to judge them.
