Allister Manson is an Executive Partner at Opus and Head of the London Restructuring & Insolvency team. A licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in insolvency and restructuring experience, Allister has particular experience working with technology businesses across the sector. He supports tech businesses from start-ups to established software and hardware providers. As a former tech founder, himself, Allister loves to engage with management in tech businesses and has a deep appreciation of the value of intellectual property.
