Fred is a highly experienced chartered accountant and licensed insolvency practitioner with over 40 years of expertise in the restructuring and insolvency sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked across a diverse range of organisations, including Big 4 firms, top 20 and boutique consultancies, as well as spending time on secondment at a clearing bank.

Most recently, Fred served as CEO at SKSI Limited before joining Opus Restructuring LLP as a partner following the sale of SKSI’s business to Opus.

Based in our London office, Fred plays a key role within the restructuring and insolvency team. He advises an extensive client base, from large corporates and SMEs to lenders, venture capital firms, and legal professionals. Fred’s broad expertise covers solvent liquidations, property workouts, corporate restructuring in both domestic and international markets, asset-based lending, and the personal injury and legal sectors.
