Mark is a Director in the Restructuring & Insolvency team based in the Milton Keynes office and has more than 20 years’ experience of advising directors, lenders and other stakeholders of distressed companies. He is a qualified Insolvency Practitioner who is licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

He has experience dealing with all types of formal insolvency assignments ranging from trading administrations and pre-pack AMA matters to CVAs and liquidations across a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, retail, IT, financial services and media. Having previously spent five years working in the technical and compliance team of a top ten restructuring services provider, he is both technically astute and commercially sensitive when dealing with the needs of clients and stakeholders.

Mark has been a member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association’s Standards, Ethics and Regulatory Liaison committee since 2014.

Mark loves to travel and explore the great outdoors.  He also loves spending time with his family in the Peak District and nipping over to Sheffield to watch his beloved Blades whenever possible.
