In Russell’s career, he has observed, that restructuring a business or closing operations can be complex. Whether it’s a family-owned business, an SME, or a large national or multinational business, he ensures that all the assets and liabilities are dealt with efficiently and effectively, addressing all the legal requirements and managing and mitigating risk can be a skilled, time-consuming role. Maintaining progress and completing the closure in a timely fashion can be challenging when there is a busy day job to attend to. Russell and his team can advise and guide on how to design, plan and execute on the closure of a business or a legal entity.
Outside of work, Russell enjoys good food, cooking from scratch at home and eating out regularly. He spends his time with friends and family, watching cinema (including world cinema), regular exercise, and travel. Russel is a big Radio 4 and World Service listener and loves learning about history, culture, and design. He is fascinated by Japanese culture.
