Robert is a Director within Opus Forensic Accounting. His role is to support clients by providing specialist counter fraud services, including: fraud investigations, compliance, fraud prevention and governance support.

Robert is an Accredited Counter Fraud Specialist (ACFS), with c.25 years of experience in fraud investigation and compliance. He has previously worked as Head of Fraud & Forensics at PKF, Head of Fraud at Transport for London (TfL), and led a team of Counter Fraud Specialists at  RSM Bentley Jennison.

Investigations experience

Robert has led investigations into Fraud, Bribery & Corruption across UK industry as well as globally utilising multi-disciplinary teams, spanning multiple jurisdictions including both criminal and civil enforcement.

Robert has extensive experience working alongside Contentious Insolvency teams, undertaking associated investigations, helping to reach desirable conclusions for creditors.

Robert has managed investigations into first-party and third-party fraud, procurement allegations. employee fraud, corruption, intellectual property infringement, identity theft,  reputation due diligence, corporate intelligence and asset tracing, in a wide range of industries and jurisdictions. He has undertaken investigations in high-risk jurisdictions including Africa and Asia.
