About Valma
Valma is a UK qualified Insolvency Practitioner with experience in corporate restructuring and investigation across different industries and jurisdictions.
Valma has led numerous high-profile assignments, including the restructuring of a US$1 billion reinsurance company and several multi-million-dollar segregated accounts and insurance entities. In addition, she has jointly led a multibillion-dollar cross-border investigation and multiple Chapter 15 proceedings in the United States, involving intricate legal, regulatory, and financial considerations.
Her approach focuses on maximising returns for creditors and all stakeholders through a tailored, hands-on strategy.
