“It’s encouraging that Four Seasons is getting at least some traction with extracting higher fees from local authorities, but a further increase in its bottom line losses in the latest quarter demonstrates that there are fundamental flaws in its business model, which only a major financial and operational restructuring can have any hope of putting right.
“Like so many care home operators, large and small, it has problems at virtually every line in its revenue statement and all over its balance sheet.”
