Business Risk Adviser, Nick Hood expresses his doubts in the Sunday Express about the prospects for BHS after the announcement of a possible CVA to force down its onerous rent liabilities.
“A CVA fixes a bit of the problem, but it’s not a silver bullet. I wish it the best of luck, but I’m struggling to see how it can have a future.”
