BHS HQ property deal netted £21m+ profit for Lady Green’s company: report by the Daily Mail

Daily Mail City Correspondent, Laura Chesters sets out the details of a deal involving the sale of the BHS headquarters building, which generated a paper profit of over £21m for a company controlled by the wife of Sir Philip Green.  Our Business Risk Adviser, Nick Hood comments on opaque corporate structures and the blurring of personal and corporate boundaries:
