Opus national network grows with Nottingham office

After its recent office openings in Bristol, Leeds and Newcastle, the Opus Business Advisory Group has now added another major location, Nottingham, to expand its ability to provide advisory services to businesses and individuals, right across the United Kingdom. The Group provides restructuring & insolvency, corporate finance, forensic and other allied specialties from each office, within its UK network.
The Group has recruited Louise Freestone and Paul Mallatratt, two experienced local restructuring & insolvency specialists, to open the Group’s latest office in Castle Gate, Nottingham. With existing offices in London, Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Bristol, Croydon, Liverpool, Leeds and Newcastle upon Tyne, this latest addition provides increased geographic coverage and additional capacity to deliver projects.
The Group has grown rapidly since formation in 2013 – from 5 partners and 2 locations at formation to 19 partners and over 40 team members in 9 locations.
Louise and Paul each have over 15 years’ experience in the insolvency market. Louise focuses on corporate insolvency and restructuring assignments, as well as the solvent winding up of companies. Paul is a personal insolvency specialist; whose background includes many years working for the Government’s Insolvency Service as a Deputy Official Receiver.
Both are anticipating that 2021 will bring exceptional challenges for businesses and individuals, as the full impact of the pandemic on their finances becomes clear.
