About Tim Dolder
Tim Dolder is one of the five founder Partners of Opus. Tim has over 28 years’ experience advising secured lenders and their distressed clients and is regularly appointed directly by secured lenders in the corporate turnaround and restructuring sector, in both formal insolvency and advisory roles. Throughout the years of operating as an Insolvency Practitioner, Tim has dealt with various industry sectors, having developed a particular expertise in the hotel, hospitality, leisure and property sectors.
Tim is often used by secured lenders in situations where the relationship between the Bank and the client has broken down. This is particularly important in challenging economic climates where his firm but fair approach helps to achieve timely outcomes.
