Allister Manson leads the technology team at Opus and is an authorised Insolvency Practitioner with over 20 years of insolvency and restructuring experience, supporting businesses from start-ups to established software and hardware providers.

Tim is a Partner and founding member of Opus.  Tim has over 28 years’ experience advising secured lenders and their distressed clients and is regularly appointed directly by secured lenders in the corporate turnaround and restructuring sector

Stella Davis joined Opus in October 2019 and is an authorised Insolvency Practitioner with over 20 years experience in both corporate and personal insolvency. She has also acted on behalf of clients to negotiate informal settlement agreements with regards to debt related issues.
