Paul Mallatratt’s expertise lies in the personal insolvency field, having joined the Official Receiver’s office in 1997 and moving into private practice in 2011 with a top 10 firm. 

Stella Davis joined Opus in October 2019 and is an authorised Insolvency Practitioner with over 20 years experience in both corporate and personal insolvency. She has also acted on behalf of clients to negotiate informal settlement agreements with regards to debt related issues.  

David Butler’s career in the insolvency profession began in 1989 with a “short-term” secondment to his then firm’s Corporate Recovery department. The weeks turned into months and the rest as they say is history!
